Conducted qualitative and quantitative research to develop the data-driven LOCALiQ brand story. Continued to evolve the brand with vertical extensions including LOCALiQ Automotive, LOCALiQ Recruitment.

LOCALiQ Customer Journey
Enabled sales and clients to better understand how to use digital marketing to reach business goals, increasing number of products per client and deal size. Created videos and an interactive infographic for each step in the consumer buying journey explaining digital ad products, how they fit within the buying journey and why LOCALiQ is best.

ReachLocal Website Refresh
Created product story and messaging in the new ReachLocal website using customer and product performance data to drive the content.
